Bottlenose Pointe does not have a private pool exclusive to the unit, but guests have full access to the Riverside Club's two resort-quality heated pools. The pools are beautifully maintained, rarely crowded, and located just steps from the condo. Both pools overlook the Marco River waterfront and are available year-round, heated to a comfortable swimming temperature even during cooler winter months.

Yes — the Riverside Club community includes a waterfront dock situated directly on the Marco River. The dock is available to Riverside Club guests for fishing, wildlife watching, and enjoying the river views. The dock is one of the best spots on the property for dolphin and manatee sightings, especially in the early morning and late afternoon.

The Riverside Club dock does not include guest boat slips for transient vessels, so guests with their own boats or personal watercraft will need to arrange docking at a nearby marina. The Rose Marina, approximately a 5-minute walk from Bottlenose Pointe, is the closest option and offers daily and weekly slip rentals. Jet ski and boat rentals are also available at several marinas in Olde Marco.

Tigertail Beach is approximately 2 miles from Bottlenose Pointe — about a 5-minute drive. South Marco Beach is approximately 3 miles away, also about an 8-minute drive. While Bottlenose Pointe is a riverfront property rather than a beachfront property, the included beach kit (chairs, umbrella, coolers, cart, and towels) makes beach days effortless. Many guests find that they prefer the riverfront lanai views and the pool to the beach for most of their stay.

Bottlenose Pointe accommodates up to 2 guests. The condo features one king bedroom with a memory foam mattress and one full bathroom. It is ideally suited for couples, honeymooners, and solo travelers who want a private, luxurious retreat rather than a large group property.

Standard check-in is at 4:00 PM and standard check-out is at 10:00 AM. We do our best to accommodate early check-in and late check-out requests when the schedule allows — please ask and we will do everything we can. Because the condo is professionally cleaned between each stay, we cannot always guarantee early or late accommodation, but we will always try.

Yes — one dedicated parking space is included with your reservation and is conveniently located near the building entrance. The Riverside Club community also has ample guest parking available for additional vehicles, so if you are traveling with multiple cars there is no need to worry about finding a spot.

We love animals, but unfortunately Bottlenose Pointe does not allow pets at this time. This policy is in place to protect both the property and future guests who may have allergies. We appreciate your understanding and hope that the property's many other comforts make up for this limitation.

During peak season (December through April), a 7-night minimum stay typically applies. During the off-season (May through November), shorter stays of 3–4 nights are often available. Minimum stay requirements can vary by specific dates and availability — please contact us directly with your preferred dates and we will confirm the minimum for your stay.

Yes — access to both of the Riverside Club's heated pools and hot tubs is fully included in your rental rate. There is no additional charge for pool access. The pools are maintained at a comfortable temperature year-round and are available to guests at any time.

Cancellation policies vary depending on how far in advance a booking is made and the specific dates of your stay. We ask guests to contact us directly for the most current and complete cancellation policy before booking. Our goal is always to work with guests fairly, and we will do our best to accommodate changes in plans whenever possible.

Your rental rate includes everything you need for a complete vacation: full access to the Riverside Club pools and hot tubs, the complete beach kit (4 chairs, umbrella, coolers with ice packs, beach cart, and towels), high-speed WiFi, cable TV, in-unit washer and dryer, fully stocked kitchen with starter supplies (coffee, condiments), bathroom essentials (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer), and the dedicated parking space. There are no hidden fees when you book directly — what you see is what you pay.

Yes — Olde Marco Island's restaurant scene is one of the best and most walkable on the island. The Snook Inn, one of Marco Island's most beloved waterfront restaurants, is approximately a 3–5 minute walk from Bottlenose Pointe. Marek's Collier House, Old Marco Pub & Grille, and several other excellent dining options are within a 5–10 minute walk. Guests frequently comment that the walkable restaurant situation is one of their favorite things about the location.

Olde Marco Island is the historic, original neighborhood of Marco Island — the waterfront area built around the island's first fishing community in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. Before the Mackle Brothers' large-scale residential development in the 1960s, Olde Marco was the entire community of Marco Island. Today it retains a distinctive character — tree-lined streets, locally owned waterfront restaurants and bars, the Rose Marina, and a genuine neighborhood feel that most of the island's newer developments lack. Many repeat Marco Island visitors consider Olde Marco the best part of the island.

Miami International Airport (MIA) is approximately 115 miles away — a 2-hour drive. For guests with flexibility, RSW offers the best combination of direct flights, competitive fares, and reasonable driving distance to Marco Island.

Yes — Bottlenose Pointe features 500Mbps+ fiber-optic high-speed WiFi throughout the condo. This is more than sufficient for HD video streaming on multiple devices simultaneously, video calls, and remote work. Network credentials are provided in the welcome guide that guests receive prior to check-in.
